Pre-fold flat nappies: fold them yourself and use a waterproof wrap over the top.

 

Fitted 'shaped' nappies: no folding, put them on baby and fasten with aplix or poppers. They are shaped like a disposable. You will need a waterproof wrap over the top.

 

Pocket nappies: absorbant cloth is slotted inside the pocket. The nappy goes on baby like a disposable fastening with aplix or poppers. No waterproof wrap is needed.

 

Wraps: PUL, lanolised wool (very breathable), fleece.

 

Absorbant materials used: microfibre, bamboo, hemp, cotton.
